Order Minimums
New Account Opening Order: $250 (US$), $325 for Canadian Retailers (CDN $)
Established Account Reorder: $150 (US$), $200 for Canadian Retailers (CDN $)
We reserve the right to cancel under minimum orders. Any under
minimum order that is processed will be charged a $15 shipping
and handling fee.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards on this website.
Terms can be established with approved credit for non-Internet based orders. Invoices
are payable Net 30 days from date of shipping for customers with
approved credit. We do not ship COD or Prepaid. There will be
a 1.5% service charge per month on past due invoices. There is a
$25 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Collections expenses and / or
attorney's fees will be added on an invoice where applicable.
New Accounts
To establish credit, provide names of four suppliers with whom
you have had an active open account for one year or more in
addition to your bank of business and account numbers with your
credit application. For faster shipping we suggest you place
your first order on a credit card while we establish credit for
your future orders.
Freight
All U.S. orders are shipped F.O.B. Gainesville, Texas. Orders for
existing accounts are shipped promptly. Credit processing can
delay first order. Drop ship programs are $3.00 per carton for
shipping and handling.
Exchange Policy (Available in U.S. only)
We have an even exchange program on coasters and trivets only.
Coasters for coasters and trivets for trivets. The program excludes:
collegiate designs, holiday/seasonal, custom, name drops, and stock
name drops, and designs that are no longer available. Exchange
order must be a minimum of six coaster sets or trivets.
There is a 15% restocking fee for items returned for exchange. To
implement the program, please call our Customer Service Department
at 800-829-6888 for a return authorization form and to place your
exchange order. Credit for returned items will be applied to
exchange order once the return is received. Exchange policy does
not apply to damaged merchandise.
Liability
Thirstystone Resources, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential
indirect or incidental damages, nor for any amount in excess of the
price of the shipment involved under any part of this agreement.
Thirstystone Resources, Inc. does not assume responsibility for usage.
